All Fitness Bootcamps incorporate three tenets of lifelong fitness: Nutritional Awareness, Cardio Training, and Resistance Exercise.
Your body is in its optimum state when these three things are in balance. When they are not in balance you have obesity, heart disease, depression and a myriad of other issues which affect your well-being.
Fitness Bootcamps are based on a 21-day philosophy of Healthy Habits. Our comprehensive programs are designed to develop a lieflong love of oneself through wholesome foods, regular exercise, and healthy living. Each bootcamp includes before/after assessments, weekly training, and a comprehensive fitness education.

We regret that after several months of working with the city, we were unable to establish a Fitness Bootcamp at La Sierra Park. However, if you have a group of 15 people interested in training together, we would happy to design a Private Fitness Bootcamp just for YOU!
